We are pleased to welcome Jerry Walker, PhD, ABPP to the Silpa Companies advisory network, where his leadership and clinical expertise will support the expansion of our healthcare focused services and product offerings.

Dr. Walker is the Executive Director of Mental Health Services at TimelyCare and brings more than 20 years of experience across the behavioral health industry, including over a decade leading interdisciplinary healthcare operations at scale. An Air Force veteran, he has played a key role in applying psychological science and behavioral health innovation across hospital systems, academic institutions, and the U.S. Department of Defense in environments where quality, safety, and outcomes are critical.

In his current role, Dr. Walker oversees the operations, quality, safety, and performance of hundreds of mental health professionals delivering more than 200,000 behavioral health visits annually. His experience spans clinical governance, workforce performance, and system level optimization, offering practical insight into how technology enabled mental health services should be designed, governed, and scaled.

Dr. Walker is a licensed and board certified clinical psychologist and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology. He also serves as a long standing board member and president elect of his state psychological association and has received multiple awards recognizing his contributions to the field of psychology and behavioral health leadership.

As an advisor, Dr. Walker will serve as a clinical and industry authority, advising Silpa Companies on the expansion of its healthcare and behavioral health services and the strategic direction of related product offerings. His guidance will help ensure that decisions around clinical quality, ethical use of technology, operational scalability, and outcome measurement are informed by real-world healthcare practice, regulatory expectations, and patient care standards, rather than theoretical or purely technical considerations.
