Cameron currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at LaunchDarkly and brings a distinguished record of leadership in cloud-native systems, AI-driven product development, and large-scale enterprise operations. His experience spans some of the most influential technology organizations in the world, including IBM, Google, and SAP, where he led high-performing teams responsible for building and operating highly available platforms serving more than two hundred million users globally. His leadership has supported platforms generating billion-dollar annual recurring revenue, demonstrating his ability to scale organizations and technologies with precision and impact.

In addition to his executive background, Cameron is an active investor, mentor, and advisor within the startup ecosystem. He has supported numerous early-stage companies by applying his operational discipline, technology strategy expertise, and deep understanding of organizational growth. His broad perspective across both Fortune 100 and startup environments aligns strongly with Silpa Companies’ vision as we continue expanding our capabilities in cybersecurity, AI systems, data intelligence, and advanced product development.

Cameron holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University. His academic foundation, combined with decades of operating experience, positions him as an invaluable strategic partner as we enter a new phase of innovation and market expansion.
